You will only need a few miniutes, give him something to eat that he really enjoys, a favourite toy or even a comb like the one you will have in your hand. Cut it dry at this stage (its eaiser to blow off his face if it gets away on you). You have 3 choices of how to cut it, hold the hair between your 1st and 2nd fingers with the back of your hand being almost flat on his forehead then cut to desired length. This is the easyist way if you are wanting to keep the hair as you can catch it in your hand as you cut it. The 2nd way is to just comb it down and just the edge of the sicssors against his forehead & just cut to deisired length, this works ok if he will stay still for you. The 3rd is like Emma said - hairdresser, most wont even charge just to trim up a fringe

Good luck
