But there's no big problem with having excema on the face unless it gets raw (unusual). Just try to wipe regularly to keep the moisture down - regardless of what type of rash it is. Most excema clears in the first year anyhow.]]>

But if you suspect it is excema, I would slather him in lemnis fatty cream (you can get it free on prescription) several times a day and see if it improves.<br /><br />I tried all the creams and lotions that we had, on Chloe's rash... all that helped was the zinc and castor oil, until we were prescribed the hydrocortisone cream after nothing was working, and that clears it up really well.]]>

This was excema in which we got prescribed hydrocortisone but he still gets a dribble rash which is just red. <br /><br /><br />]]>
