I went to the pharmacy and got some tablets called Titralac, they seem to do the trick. Pharmacist saisd they were fine during pregnancy. They cost me $13 for 100 tablets. Might see if my midwife can prescribe them cos I am going thru them like they are going out of fashion!!]]>

Ask your midwife if she can give you a prescription for something.t hat way it's HEAPS cheaper]]>

I found that a glass of milk just before bed helps - and icecream during the day.  Sometimes, there is nothing that seems to work and its even woken me in the middle of the night when its at its worst.]]>

I was a bit worried so did all this internet searching and found out the ingredient that preggie ladies can't have that's sometimes in those type of things, but i looked on the ingredients and it wasn't in quick-eze.  ]]>
