I now split the days that I eat. I have breakfast on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I have lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have dinner from Monday to Friday. On weekends I have breakfast and lunch but have no dinner. This has reduced my food bill by 33%. It also means that I am losing weight as well."

My tip is to go shopping early Sunday morning, most of the meat packs from Saturday are reduced by a couple of dollars each!
