My husband's employer gave him a counter offer....but it wasnt enough to make him stay,

anyway he emailed his boss and said if this offer had been made 3 months ago he never would have started looking for a (better paying) new job. He did say to his boss ..they need to something now..dont wait for others to hand in their notice.

anyway a couple of weeks later all his department got a payrise including the ones who are already leaving and it was around 20% so a decent one. so they knew they were under paying them.
