My midwife is with Domino Midwives - which has just moved to Worcester St. I see Marion (who is really lovely) and just saw Karen the other day as my backup - who was just as great. Yip, Barb is extemely popular and is really hard to get into. All the other MW's in the same practise a awesome too so even if you end up with one of her back ups they are just as good as Barb.

Barb's my midwife and was my sister's for all 3 of her pregnancies. She comes highly recommended (heard this from several people) and with 30 years experience, I guess you can't go wrong! I am on the search for a Midwive in Christchurch and my GP recommended Barbara Harwood and Dawn Catherwood.

I have been in contact with Barbara and she said she can be my midwive. I have not managed to track down Dawn however I spoke to her close associate Ailsa Black who can also be my midwife.
