This is what OB is wonderful for! Most of us has been there when TTC, completly convinced that we're pg only to have AF arrive right on time (or a day late just to be a real witch!).
I would just recommend you don't tell too many people in real life until you get that BFP and you are ready for people to know.
Miscarriage is always a big fear, especially when you've already had one (or more) in the past. Unfortunatly there are no magic words to make that feeling go away
