Its the rolled oats and nuts that do the boosting! and they tast so yummy

Breastfeeding biscuits
1/2 c butter
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg

cream all the above together

Then add
1 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 c rolled oats.
1/2 c chocolate chips
3/4 c chopped nuts (mixed nuts taste the best)
2TBSP coconut
1/4 cup rasins or dride fruit.

and mix. You should end up with a biscuit dough that can be rolled into small balls - if too sticky, add more flour or coconut or rolled oats

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees. Makes about 30 cookies. Recipe can be halved or doubled easily.
Once Blair was older I reintroduced some these to my diet - not the excessive chocolate just some. Like the others have suggested, if you notice a difference in bubs, stay away for a bit

Milk supply foods, I found the fudge really good, I bumped the recipe ages ago, will see if I can find it again

Edited by MonicaMouse

Caden will soon tell you what agrees and what doesn't.
I couldn't have anything carbonated as it gave Hannah horrendous wind.
Chocolate bunged her up and junk food (especially Cheezels - I'd assume it was the evil additives and colouring) made her irritable.

But once she hit 12 weeks I could eat anything again.
But spicey food didn't seem to interfere with her..

My rule of thumb was; If it makes ME gassy and bloated, avoid it until she can burp on her own
