I grew out some of them after 20 weeks and just bought a size bigger.

With this one I am still wearing Underwire (normal Bra's) and feel fine, I havent grown at all but like you got a bit heavier....however as I still give booby to DD at night...I get some relief!! I know they have special Underwire type Maternity Bras that you can get...if you are that uncomfy then may be Buy one for now...and then as you Grow but the next cup size etc.

I wore underwire my whole pregnancy as I hated pregnancy and maternity bras (and could only afford to buy them once which was when Jack was born). I had no problem with milk whatsoever. So all I did was buy a couple in the next size up and it was fine.

I got the Bendon flexiwires - they're not underwire, just one wire curving under both breasts, and they did me from 10 weeks through to 35 weeks, when I switched to proper maternity bras. They're designed for pregnant women. I also got a cheaper unwired bra from Farmers, but grew out of that pretty quickly.

I think the "rule" with underwire is you can wear it up till the third trimester if it's comfy, but for me it was a killer.
