Interesting to hear that bio-oil has chemicals in it - never heard that before.

Ive been using bio-oil and Ive still got stretchmarks. just got back from hardy's with my rosehip oil and can't beleive how soft it makes your skin!!! she just put a bit on my hand to try out and it's fabulous - so thanks guys for your help!

i use the trilogy rosehip oil instead of any moisturiser along with the cleanser when i'm not pregnant (i get really shocking skin when i'm pregnant and fork out for clinique anti-blemish face care)

and you only need a tiny bit too so last for months!!

I've been using Palmers since Christmas on all the bits that might get stretch marks and so far haven't got any - YAY!

I thought any kind of oil will help as it keeps the skin moisturised which helps it to stretch without scarring. I also read that they are hereditry and you'll either get them or you won't but I don't believe that now as my poor sister has them and so does my mum and I don't (so far). Don't forget anything you put on your skin will be absorbed a bit (which is why I'm using the organic palmers)

I've been using palmers (since well before i was pg) and love it, so maybe I should do a combination of one of the oils plus that? Yip its great and I think its in bio oil but I could be wrong. was just reading an old post about how good rosehip oil is for stretch marks (and wrinkles!!) and was wondering if anyone knows if it's just as effective as a moisturiser rather than an oil?
