Are you meaning for Charting purposes??? If so, I dont know if its wrong but I think that FF and Dr's dont recommend via the ear as its not your Basal body temp when measured that way. Does anyone know if it is ok to test temperature readings via the ear?
I found this the easiest way & most accurate.
Is this wrong?
