I also called them up a few weeks ago and the lady said that there has been a delay in getting them out this year. I received mine last week though. We are still waiting on ours but we had self-employed income in the last financial year so everything is taking much longer this year. I got a letter on saturday rang amd confirmed and it said it will be in there in 10 working days. i wonder if the fact this is our 1st year has anything to do with it. I rang about 3 weeks ago and they said there had been a computer problem so they were still processing personal tax summaries therefore the payment wouldn't be until end of July/ early August. They may have sorted it out now who knows??
