haha I cracked last week, lost the plot completely, must be in the air or something. Have an appt to go back to the docs tomorrow to get another script. Was a bit silly really, i probably shouldnt have taken myself off them when things were stressful enough as it is.

I had a really bad relapse yesterday (been building for a while) and I've been put back on mine so I feel for you! I've been put back on at 1 per day (fluoxtine )and to increase after around 3 weeks if there is no improvement.

When you started taking them originally did you start on the lower dose and then increase it? If you did I'd do it that way. Take one tablet for two weeks then increase it to the dose you were on when you weaned off them.

I came off my meds in April/May. I weaned off them and my dr (before we left) gave me some more just in case I started slipping again.

I feel like I am slipping again so I think I should start taking them.

Would it take the 2 weeks of taking them to feel a little better again??

Should I go take 1 or 2 to begin with??
