    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10411">caraMel</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1969<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30 March 2006 at 10:16am<br /><br />it could be your blood pressure mrs frantic. mine has been consistantly low throughout my pregnancy and i often have quite sickening dizzy spells in the mornings. also make sure you are getting enough to drink. its surprising how much extra we need when we're growing a baby! i fainted a couple of times in my last pregnancy from dehydration even though i carried a water bottle everywhere.<br />check with your midwife though, they do like to keep an eye on your bp. <br />]]>

It's not 'normal' per se - but it is common.  Just try and rest up - lying on your left side helps blood flow resume to normal.  Also, have some OJ or some other sweet juice.]]>

It felt like I had been spinning around and then had stopped, only all I did was get in the shower! Shoudl I be worried or is this normal?  Should I call my midwife? I have never been dizzy before, not even when I wasnt pregnant...?]]>
