Very interesting I thought and a great way fro WW to make more money!]]>

I knew about Gladwrap thing and never used it in Microwave. But what worried me a bit is the baby bottle and other plastic Container thing....I dont think I will be heating any thing in plastic here on. I saw the ad about baby bottles? what did that say? yeah I watch Hell's Kitchen instead too:) ]]>

(the same too with the plastic baby bottles)  <br />it was a very interesting episode but i guessed the weight watchers would be fattier and also that the fruit biscuits contained more sugar...  i'm a label reader! <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>

Gladwrap is okay.  It is the wrap that the supermarkets and meat places use that isn't.  Cause they use a special kind so that it doesn't let the meat go brown, rip easily etc.  Apparently that stuff when heated in the microwave - like you do when you defrost meat - that is bad.  It leaches chemicals into the food.  However it did say that the levels were low.  Once wouldn't be a problem but continued use is bad.]]>
