Don't feel bad! I feel really bad because I had no idea there was even anything wrong with her ears! She had a cold the other week but seemed ok otherwise. It was picked up at her check before her immunisations.

I can't say I'm that surprised as DH had shocking problems with his ears when he was little. I am however very grateful it didn't happen until now as we have just recently signed up with Southern cross. Yep, as long as the ear drums are intact it's all good.

Cool, thanks for that Queenbean. They are just watching it at the moment. What are they doing to treat it? If she is getting grommets, she won't be able to put her head under water. While her eardrums are intact, its fine.

Samantha has glue ear apparently - we just found out yesterday. It does explain a lot about her temperament of late though
