    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18882">Chickoin</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 19922<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08 August 2008 at 12:24pm<br /><br />This probably isn't the right place to post but since I live here I'm more likely to remember posting and read the answers!<br /><br />Anyways, DH spent most of yesterday arvo preparing and slowly roasting me a pork roast. <br /><br />I've broken a rib so he's being my slave.<br /><br />So it was almost ready when I finally had enough of the pain and couldn't breath so DH took me back to hospital.<br /><br />Roast was put in the fridge after we got home about 2.5hrs later.<br /><br />If I put it back in the oven and make sure it's scalding hot right through is it safe to eat?
