Or poor boiling water on a prune or 2, then push through a seive when soft. Add a little (like less than 1/2 a prune's worth) to his food. We use to give 30-70 prune juice to water. About 50mls a day when he was really badly constipated. but he loved drinking it. Giving it in a sippy cup is fine. What's the best way to administer prune juice to a non bottle taking baby? He will drink from a sippy cup though.

How much do they need, and what ratio to water? Or is it easier to just mix it into his food undiluted?
