I have a Medela double too and LOVE it. Quite expensive but totally worth it for us as I have ended up expressing all of the feeds for both my girls and get to use it 6 times a day

How often would you need to use it? I have a Medela double pump. It was the brand recommended by the Multiple Birth club and is also used by the hospitals.

How much you intend on using it should dictate how much you spend. I had the Avent Isis IQ Uno and found it really comfortable to use. I loved the electric side of it as I used to take forever to fill a small bottle and would have gotten serious RSI from pumping for that long lol

I have a medela mini double electric pump and its great. It can be used as a single and you can buy attachments so that it becomes a manual pump. Also can run on batteries if you need to take it out somewhere with you. I used it to pump full time for 6 weeks.
I looked at the avent one but thought it was far too expensive, I did originally have the manual avent pump though and that was great was just not suitable for pumping full time.

Medela is apparently the one midwives recommend. They had that one at the hospital...
