Argh peachy (and everyone else) - that sucks big time.

I had bad cramps with my uterus shrinking (not the afterpains) when Jack was about 8-9ish weeks old, got AF a few days later and then not another one for 102 (yes, I'm charting lol I'm not just a weird numbers person) days. I don't get cramps or anything, but since getting AF back when I gave up b/f Lauren at 7 months, my AF's are terrible! They are very very heavy and I have had my current one for 10 days

This is only my 3rd AF since having Lauren so I guess my body is still settling itself back down?

I had random cramping before and after my one and only AF since Chloe... I asked my midwife about it and she said it takes months and months for your uterus to shrink back down to pre-pregnancy size, and that the cramping helps with that. Oh yep, its so annoying, its quite sore cramping aswell, not like bad or anything but enough for me to take some panadol. My PP bleeding stopped fully round 2 weeks ago and Caden is now 8 weeks old.
