it's me!

i can't be bothered logging out then logging back in again just to reply in here

pepsi...... i do get quite abit of help around home from DH and with the kids.

i don't think i'm tired from anything in particular, just would rather go to sleep than have sex.   man that sounds bad!

when we were TTC charli we were at it every other day, where ever and when ever we could........that's why DH was so bummed we got a BFP 2wks after we started trying!    my mood dropped off big time after the BFP

i just feel so bad for DH because he tries it on and i shrug him off and then he feels rejected because he doesn't understand why i don't want it.....and i can't understand why i don't want it either, i just don't

so that's why i thought i'd try some pills or some sort of herbal help and see if that 'got me back in the saddle' so to speak

You're not the only one in that boat. Since having DS my desire for sex has dropped dramatically, from someone who liked to do it daily!!....to someone who doesn't give a toss. My poor DP, every now and then I give in, but then I'm thinking...yah that gives me a couple weeks respite lmfaoOo. Glad were not ttc at the mo, I think that probably contributes to it, the fact that I'm not wanting to get pregnant, but also not wanting to go on contraceptives, but I've done well so far probably due to abstinence mainly lmfao. Maybe if the problem is mostly about you being too tired, perhaps you're doing too much of the childcare/housework? Sometimes a bit less stress in this area can do wonders..so it could be less about needing to take something to "fix" the problem, and more about getting a bit more help?

I read somewhere once that couples who share the household duties more equally usually have a better sex life after kids. This makes sense to me!

Never heard of them but the idea sounds great. It can be really hard to find the energy or desire to have intimate relations with your partner when young ones are exhausting you throughout the day. After DS2 it caused a huge rift in our marriage, my hormones played a big part in this I would actually duck away from DH as he came to hug me (he took offence as expected) I simply didn't want him anywhere near me in that way. Sorry if TMI, but we actually went months without IT, and when I stopped BFing my libido simply can back to normal.
