You can get disposible breastpads from supermarkets (usually in the same aisle as the nappies and wipes). Yip I had the same prob linelle, and used washable breast pads because it wasn't copius amounts but still enough to wet through my bra. You can fget cloth breast pads from the baby factory for about $5 a pair. Also I found putting a towel down in my bed helped at night as Kelly said, so you don't have to change sheets all the time. I had leakage, but not enough for pads. pads a resooo expensive. I bought some from japan ($20 for 144) and brought them over with me. However, I've heard the woollen ones are good. I saw some in the Baby Factory. I haven't had any either but my sis started leaking when she was round my stage. She wasn't wearing any breast pads but after a certain incident at work where she had to get changed and tell everyone that she had spilt her drink down her, she rushed to the supermarket in her lunch break and bought some! yeah for me it was never enough to worry with breastpads. i haven't got to that stage yet with this pregnancy luckily! if you want to wear something to protect your bras maybe you could get some of the washable ones for now to save on disposables until your milk comes in after bubs?

i had breast leakage before i found out i was pregnant and it has stopped for a while now. mine never got to the stage i needed to wear a breast pad.

Oh, the boob leakage! I started getting that at 14 weeks and it kept up until I had Mason. ok so this happend to me quite early on so I started wearing breast pads during the day to stop my bra's from getting stained then when I git a little further along I started wearing them at night too cause I was waking up wet. It depends on what you want to do IE breast pads if you dont want to leak through shirts then i would recommend getting them
