Once you are at goal weight you will be managing 100% on your own food following that same system.<br /><br />Its pricey but its a great program for people who need support and the strictness that comes with a planned menu, I've tried WW over the years and I'm so crap I'm one of those people who will eat half the pizza and try to justify it with points etc which isnt really acheiving much lol.]]>

It also isn't as strict as the others as you get to make your food choices which is better as you learn as you go, wereas the others have meal plans set for you, and coming of those to "normal" foods can be hard.</P>]]>

I love the food - did it back when I was 16 and ginormous, lost a good 30kg on it :D<br />I'd certainly check out other options before going for this tho - think about the cost per week and how long it would take you to lose the weight you want, then go see sureslim. They have finance and its only one cost and your own food. Much more economical imo. ]]>
