I think I would love twins next time too. I have twins in my family (my aunty and uncle are twins) so I have a chance of having them.

My partner for some crazy reason wants to have twins!!....since Kahtrell is starting his terrible twos stage I'm thinking one child is enough!! lol jokes I can't wait to have more. Interesting that you can help your chances of conceiving twins. Don't know how I would deal with twins though....unless for some magical reason they have identical sleep, eat, and poop patterns!.

I think there's a supplement you can take (can't remember what it's called though) that encourages your chances of squeezing out multiple eggs.

Fertility Awareness Learn Fertility Awareness and how to monitor the female cycle to pinpoint the optimal time for intercourse. Having sex at the fertile time of the cycle is necessary to learn how to conceive twins (or even one baby).

 

Step2

Folic acid Take folic acid daily. Folic acid is important for any healthy pregnancy, and it has also been shown to increase the likelihood of conceiving twins--an additional one woman out of 176 taking folic acid will bear twins, as compared to women not taking the supplement. If you want to have twins, start taking folic acid at least one month before conception.
