    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18052">emachan</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 20390<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27 August 2008 at 7:51pm<br /><br />I'm going to answer this for before getting pregnant and now (at 35 weeks pregnant!)<br /><br />Do you have an exercise routine?<br />Yes<br /><br />What is it?<br />Gym (Les Mills) all year round, a bit of social surf life saving in the summer<br />Am still at the gym (for about 1 more week I think!) doing Body Balance and Body Vive and also doing Pregnancy swimming at the moment, and I also did 9 weeks of pregnancy yoga last term!<br /><br />How many days a week do you exercise?<br />Before pregnancy - 4-5<br />Now 3-4<br /><br />How long is each session?<br />Gym class = 1 hour long<br />Swimming = 45 minutes<br /><br />Do you see a Personal Trainer?<br />I have done in the past<br /><br />How much do they cost?<br />$60 per hour<br /><br />Do you go to the gym?<br />Yup (see above!)<br /><br />How much is the membership?<br />I pay about $16.50 per week, but I got my membership about 5 years ago, I think they start at about $18.50-$19.50 a week now.]]>

Usually walking or cardio at the gym<br /><br />How many days a week do you exercise?<br />2-3 times a week. Was doing something most days but have cut back since going back to work full time<br /><br />How long is each session?<br />An hour<br /><br />Do you see a Personal Trainer?<br />No<br /><br />How much do they cost?<br />n/a<br /><br />Do you go to the gym?<br />Yes but usually do classes<br /><br />How much is the membership?<br />$40 per month including pool, all classes and gym<br /><br />]]>
