Hehe thank you - it is a cool idea...just the practicalities aren't as cool!!! That's similar to what we were going to do for the Thank You cards...have ribbons or something tied on the back and the words "Just Married" imposed on it somehow...
Whereas for the invite it was going to be the back with our names and the date...
Arrrggghhh....why on earth did I agree to use the midget for the invites!!! Could you maybe photoshop it so the car is dressed up in ribbons etc and says just married on it? Then you could just use it as a small picture on the front - you could crop out the background, so its just the car and ribbons
Then the words could be separate, which might make them clearer?

Hi ladies, I wonder if anyone has any idea for me...

For our wedding invites, on the front we have to include a photo of DF's midget (speedway car). This was a compromise we came to...now the original idea was to get a copy of the back end of the midget before it was signwritten, and impose our names and the wedding date onto it....now I'm really not so sure!! We need to get the photo done in the next few weeks....before it's taken out onto the track for the first time. It can either be before it's signwritten (so solid colour) or after (as everyone will then recognise it's DFs car, because of the number)....

Does anyone have any ideas at all???? And for those who don't know, this is what a midget looks like (this is DF's midget except the colours have been changed and are now lime green - the same colour as the new Fords - except the frame which is now black instead of yellow)....
