Its a homeopathic remedy that I got from the pharmacy that I used heaps when I was training for Ironman. The pharmacy said its completely safe to use during pregnancy (think it also says that on the bottle). When I get restless legs (usually right before I fall asleep) I get out of bed and spray some in my mouth a couple of times. Usually kicks in within a few minutes. The web addy is www.hchformulas.com but its readily available in pharmacys and bike shops.

Also, my MW suggested cellsalts (number 8 I think she said). Also from the pharmacy. I haven't tried this yet but it could be worth a shot?

It's SO frustrating

I haven't come up with anything that really works. Giving them a bit of a rub (or asking DH to ) and a stretch sometimes helps. Most of the time I just have to keep shuffling my legs around until I finally fall asleep. Maybe try doing more exercise during the day (not that I'm implying you don't - I was a shocker but I did notice that on days where I went for an afternoon walk or something it seemed to make a little bit of a difference.)

Good luck!!!!
