I am testing in 3 days too narsha- Af is due Tuesday and always comes like clockwork so will test Wednesday if she hasn't arrived. Good luck to us

Jennz - sounds like we are in the same boat. DH is convinced I am pg...and I dont ususally get pms pain - but get real moody and with it due on thurs this week I havent bitten his head off or cried yet - real unusual for me at pms time LOL

My man made me go to the Dr coz he was sick of my whinging!! but now he's glad he did!! For the past 3-4 days I've had similar pains although maybe not as severe as yours sound and they are getting better today. Definitely the soreness on the left side, cramping and the belly button thing that you've described- I have no idea what it is so Im not much help! goodluck narsha.
i know aches and pains can mean different things... for me i had a pain low in my left side for over a week before my period was due. it seemed a little different, and i was having quite strong cramping like af coming for ages too. i had a strong feeling i was pregnant though and turned out i was.

yeah i had wondered about that too....the rest of today it has become a general ache on my left side and slight lower pain...have you had the cyst investigated and can they do anything? I've had that for the last month, started out as pain then when I went it relieved it for a while - last week I got MAJOR stabbing pains and went to the Dr. He said it is constipation but could also be a cyst on my ovary - got some stuff for my "poos" and going to a specialist on Monday...
Even though everything is working properly (has been all along!) I am still in pain every now and again (twice a day instead of 6 - 7 times)
If it gets any worse go to the Dr and just tell him exactly where it is sore, my Dr pushed just around my ovary area and I shot through the roof!!

Don't want to scare ya - just from text it sounds similar to my pains... I am due to test (or AF visit) in 5 or 6 days. But since wed (now sat) I have had mega pain on left side, and waves of cramping (very light) across tummy and small niggly pains that are like little electric shocks going from top of pelvis up to my navel....Hot water bottle on thurs nite did help a lot...
its driving me mad...
I am not constipated, and (sorry if tmi) if I GO then that relieves it slightly but pain on left def still there.
I am worried it might be eptopic but pain doesnt seem bad enough - if that makes sense?
