With trademe I just have one person on pay anyone and keep editing the details....that way it shows up on my statement as trademe but I change their bank account details each time.  Its a pain in the arse but it works.

I ignore others instructions about what to put where as with ANZ you only have the boxes you have.  I just make sure that my name and invoice number is somewhere then they should be able to trace it.  So with sleep store I think I put my name in the first box and then in the reference box I put Inv No 123456 etc.

I use ANZ pay anyone and where is says "your name/business" I put my name or the name I am known under on that account.  And then when it says "message/reference" I put my rates number in and try to put as much of my address as will fit.

With sleepstore I have never had a problem and with trademe I put the reference in the refernce box and it seems to be ok. 

I have never used the bill payment option as I cant be arsed phoning the bank to get them to set it up.

oohh um well that might help aye. well when i do the environmental rates i do it in pay anyone not bill payment and it goes through. hmmm

is tat the same for trade me too coz i cant wrk out how to do that.

Im having issues when i'm making and online payment there is no particulars box so when i pay my rates, the sleep store etc  it doesn't work and they complain i havent paid when the money aactually doe leave my account.

Any ideas?
