I use liquid eco and do a rinse wash first. Will try the baking soda trick.

We got those stains too but found that once summer came and we had really good strong sunlight that they all just disappeared from the nappies. What washing powder do you use? I always found the eco store powder didnt get out stains.. i love the idea of natural products but my partner is a chef and gets covered in food stains everyday. I use persil sensitive now and that seems to deal with food, oil and breastfed poo stains! i have heard vinegar is good for removing stains but i dont know the concentration of it though, il try find out for you. My little man is still exploding lovely breast feed poos and I am finding the my nappies are getting stained yellow. I nearly always dry in the sun so am looking for some extra stain removal on top of the sun.
