I took them for *most* of the first trimester, when I could keep them down that is !! My midwife told me I could stop taking them once I reached the second trimester. I stopped taking mine when I started on Elevit which has the recommended daily intake anyway. And I will take these right through the pg. i only took mine for the first trimester i was also told its just for the first weeks coes thats when baby is developing.

Hey there. I asked my midwife and she told me I could stop at the end of 14 weeks.  So you should be ok. Some people take them throughout their whole pregnancy but I havnt.
