OMG that is so funny.

I hate Telecom I did the good thing and moved to Orcon, way cheaper more benefits and no annoying automated customer service person.

This article was in the paper.  I nearly fell of my chair laughing!

Lindi had got a bit behind with her Telecom bill and was sent an overdue-account letter. "I rang Telecom and spoke to their annoying voice system," she says. "It asked me to say what I was calling about, and I said, 'Greedy Telecom'. The response was, "Okay you're calling about an overdue account".
