I KNOW!<br /><br />My flat mate bullied me into it so I've been hauling my sorry ass out of bed at 6am three times a week to run down to the beach and back. It's only about 2.5kms but that's quite enough for me thanks!<br /><br />I wish I could go at lunchtimes but there isn't anywhere to shower or anything and I look like absolute hell after any sort of physical exertion... but thanks <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> (Really I just don't actually want anyone to actually SEE me running. I wonder how the hell I survived when she was little and waking ~3 times?!?!<br /><br />Apparently it gets better but I'm almost at the point of giving up. ha.]]>

I run 5kms each morning and sometimes do the same at night or I alternate it with a visit to the gym doing weights.<br /><br />I find that in the afternoons I am starving and that is my bad time as I start to pick!! ]]>

When I was doing regular exercise, I found that at the start, my food and rest needs would go up a lot, but it did settle down - more than what I ate before I started exercising but not huge amounts.]]>

And I am always starving, I pretty much eat constantly as my body burns everything super quick. I also eat a meal before the gym and a meal afterwards. </P><P>And yes your tiredness should stop as your body adjusts to it, then you wil feel awesome.</P>]]>

Do you find you need to eat more?<br /><br />I've started going for a jog once or twice a day and I'm loving it but find I'm tired at lunchtime and am starving all day depsite eating good protein etc.  I eat a lot at the best of times and now I'm running find it hard to go even 2 hours between small meals!]]>
