we stayed at formula 1 hotel which was 5mns walk from casino/queen st area.........room was nice, very small and it was $50

I had a look at Wotif but they don't go ahead far enough (it's for 10th November)...will keep an eye on it though. And will check out Citylife- thanks!! Depends what sort of standard you can put up with! I've stayed at the Quest before and it was perfectly comfy and quite reasonably priced. But you could stay at a backpackers for cheaper! Does anyone know of a hotel/motel that is really reasonably priced in Auckland CBD (for a Monday night)???
