You could put him back in bed and close the door - that's what I do with my girls when they get to subsequent 'outings'. Author: EthansMummy
Subject: 21404
Posted: 03 October 2008 at 2:59pm

Ethan has, for the last 4 months, woken at the same time every morning. Its around 3am. He gets up and comes into our room he will go to sleep in our bed easy but will not go back to sleep in his own bed. He tells me its broken.

With a new baby we need help because I can't keep taking Ethan back to bed and neither DF or I can get a decent nights sleep with him in our bed.

DF is now into his busy season 6am to 11pm (and thats on a short day) so we don't have time/energy to do the when hes up take him back (which ethan is persistant at and takes about 40 times, i've counted).

Any ideas???
