Just got home from A & E. The doc doesn't think there is anything broken and thinks it may just be soft tissue damage. But if she hasn't improved by Monday then I have to take her back for an x-ray. And of course, she was quite happy walking around in the waiting room, playing etc (although still limping and walking on the outside of her foot). Get home and she is back to crying, wanting to be carried or else crawling and bum shuffling around as it hurts to stand on

When I broke my wrist it was broken on the other side to where I fell on it and there was hardly any swelling. The bruising took days to come out as well.
Hope she's better really fast!

Anyway for the rest of the night she was hysterical and wouldn't/couldn't walk and if we tried to make her she was limping really badly lifting her toes up. She was overtired so we thought she was just being a bit precious. But this morning she is still obviously in pain - not crying as much, except if she forgets and tries walking normally, then it starts hurting her again and she cries. The thing is, there is no bruising or swelling and when I poke/prod/pull/wiggle it doesn't bother her, just when she tried to walk on it??? I think she actually has quite a high pain threshold so it really is hurting her. Not sure what to do
