Alternatively if the blocking doesn't work - she should sign up to bebo herself and monitor.

Or she could create different users on the computer, e.g. she could be "administrator" or similar and have access to everything. She could just delete the msn download - I haven't used it in years but if it's still the same as it used to be, you download a programme so that you're able to use it.

As far as the bebo thing goes, she could either block the website or delete her whole account.

How old is your niece? Is it her grandma who wants to block it, just for when she's visiting her place? If that's the case, she could just block bebo and remove the msn download.

ETA: Snap mamapickle. Will just try to find info about blocking the websites...

I'm no computer genuis, but I"m sure there's a way of blocking websites from being viewed (anyone?).
If so, maybe remove MSN from the computer and block MSN's website (so she can't re-download MSN) and Bebo, while she's at it.
