Becks I got to my last four of the packet and thought I would try and see I got on the first 2 days were really hard then it keeps getting easier by the day been around friends smoking and it didn't even tempt me my dad said pretty much when you have finally made up your mind to do it you have more of a chance.

Eta: just went cold turkey now cutting down had my last smokes when I would normally have granted I smoked the last one right down to the filter it does help that noone at home smokes so hopefully I will do alright when mum comes down she smokes like a train.
