I know a few people that booked in too early and were sent away as they couldn't get a good enough look at the important bits.]]>

In Palmy they won't let you book until at least 20 weeks so here its probably the norm to have 20-24 weeks.]]>

I am sure my mw will give me a referral for a scan around 28 weeks if I want one. <br /><br />Foxxy, we might get the 4D done with the anatomy, it depends. The place where I go will check to see if they will be any good during your anatomy. 18-20 can be a bit early as they dont have much fat on them so they look quite skeletal. But if bubs takes after me, it will be well chubby<img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> <br />]]>

The sonographer said that about 27 - 29 weeks is great because the baby isn't too big.<br /><br />We did it seperate as we had to pay for it anyway and wanted the best pic possible <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>

I guess its not super important, but considering it may be the last time we see bubs until the birth i kinda want to make it as late as possible (i know its silly). Also the sonographer told me that the older they are the better quality the 4D pics are..... Not that that is super important either.<br /><br />I guess I just want to know when the cut off day is for this scan.]]>
