I'm pretty pissed off with my specialist. He didn't contact me yesterday and when I talked to the nurse all she said was she was sorry the scan "wasn't very reassuring" and that I should have another one in 10-14 days. I can't see how things could be alright except if my dates were out by several weeks and they are definitely not.

Looks like this is what I have. Had a scan this morning and although I am 7 weeks they could only find a yolk sac and nothing else. Even used the vaginal ultrasound and couldn't see a fetal pole. I'm still a bit in shock at this point.
