Also a muesli bar.<br /><br />Cheese and Crackers with a yummy chutney<br /><br />Sometimes (Very rarely) I make scones and have a couple and then the kids have them for afternoon tea.<br /><br />If all else fails I'll go and get a kebab from Dressmart<br /><br />]]>

Simple but very tasty.<br />Macaroni cheese with tuna added.<br />Avocado on toast.<br />Croissants with ham, lettuce, beetroot, tomato, lettuce & cheese.<br />Sandwiches with grated cheese, carrot, chopped celery & mayo.  Yum!<br />And if I'm really short on time - noodles!<br /><br />And hmmm, Jamie Oliver's sammy idea sounds surprisingly tasty <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0">.
