I know I find temps really hard to judge. Poor Kylah, and poor you guys! Its so scary when your kids get sick like that.
I think Kelly has given some really awesome advice above, never, ever feel stupid for worrying about your child's health. If its really worrying you, get her checked, even if its just for your peace of mind to rule out the things you're really scared of.

Im glad her temp has gone down and i hope she feels better soon , however , remember you know her best , and you will know better than anyone if shes "not right"...sometimes as a mum you have to throw all the rules etc aside and go by your instinct.

You will worry one way or the other. Good idea to just keep checking her, and perhaps monitor her temp and give her a top up of pamol when the time is right. Yeah she didnt sleep at all today and was crying for ages tonight. Iv set my alarm for every hour so i can get up and check her.

It freaks me out, all i can think is what if i am wrong. I was just about to say, when they go quiet, then I would start to get a little worried. I always remember a doctor telling me that if they are still happy and playing, then they will be fine, but if they become quiet, seem to have difficulty breathing or are really limp and lethargic, then get them to a doctor. Shes been up. Her temp is back to 36 but she still feels like shes on fire, shes only sleeping in a very light pair of cotten short pj's and a tiny light cotten top, no blankets nothing. Yeah I would say anything over 38 take her to the Dr.  The Dr's never seem to bat an eyelid when any of my kids are below 38, even if they feel hot.

Remember to give her water to drink as well, as sweating means she will be using up her hydration. I wouldn't take her to the Dr, check her every four hours and give more Pamol if she is getting hotter. Otherwise if she is sleeping ok, hopefully she will sleep off whatever it is. If her temp is still really high WITH pamol on board, then I'd be seeking advice. Thanks guys, its down now. But she still feels like shes on fire, shes asleep now but im checking her every hour, and i will all night.

Wait and see if pamol helps with her temp because if you take her they will ask when you gave it and if it had any affect. .5 degrees either side of 37 is ok, so 37.5 is just about a fever. I would take her temp again in a bit the pamol will probably bring it down and if not ring healthline. If she seems lethargic though then go to the docs even if her temp is ok.

Isnt 37.5 normal????The back of the well child book says 38.3

Inside the book it says

 

Treat fevers by cooling the child and giving them plenty to drink.

 

To cool a feverish child (even if they are shivering).

Take off clothes and blankets, cool the room and wipe the head and body with a wet lukewarm cloth. (cold cloth can make them hotter by making the blood try to warm up)

Give plenty of water to drink

Keep wiping with a lukewarm cloth if the child stays very hot and restless or if their temperature is still rising.  Place hand on chil'd forehead to feel if they are burning hot.

Kylahs sick, her temp is 37.5 and iv given her pamol, and stripped her down as she was sweating and hot to touch.
