It is a pain but if in the end it stops the reflux then its all good. I removed all dairy from my diet when i did the trial so it means looking at every product you buy or use to see if it contains milk or milk products.

Some people have had success with just removing obvious dairy. ie, milk, cheese, youghurt.

ps. If you do try the AR it is cows milk based so there will be no point in going dairy free youself.

here is a good website to look at too crying over spilt milk

It eased his silent reflux, and he was a lot happier. I phased out the gavescon over a couple of weeks (after he was having solids regularly) as it became obvious he no longer needed it. I don't know if Josiah being on solids made any difference, but the gaviscon definitly helped him for the time he was on it.

Im not sure if I want to use this long term and was wondering if anyone else out there has used it and what are your thoughts and experiences. Also has anyone used the reflux formula as I both breast feed and bottle feed. Does the reflux formula ease any of the symptoms of reflux?? My daughter is very spilly, seems to have excess dribble and squirms after feeds. Any advice gladly accepted.
