Not one that is too ripe or too green. It is a naturally alkaline fruit, and helps with lining your stomach again.

Bananas have a mucousy-typy substance in them, that acts in a similar manner to the mucous lining in your stomach.

Whilst yoghurt is good, it is slightly acidic, so may not help, even though it is full of healthy bacteria.

I also concur with what Pearls said about losec. It is good so it gives your stomach a chance to heal itself again.

The infection has finally gone away and I finished my antibiotics this morning. They are the type that you take atleast an hour before food, so your stomach is empty.

This morning my stomach is on fire, so obviously the linng has been burnt away from the antibiotics.

Does anyone know what I can eat/drink/take to help the stomach lining fix itself please?
