A Little bit of spotting is quite common after having special cuddles, same as it would be after an internal. It is also normal for your plug to dislodge also, probably not the whole thing it could be just part of it, However dont worry to much as your plug can dislodge weeks before you actually go into labour and it is able to regenerate itself.
