I was constantly being told off by our highly-strung instructor (think 'Fame'... "and right here is where you start <em>paying</em>"!  Ha ha) for "rolling over" on my feet, but I danced for 5 years still.  Got orthotics afterwards.  I wouldn't say it's a big issue.  ]]>

It doesn't really mean anything except that I'll wear orthotics for the rest of my life.<br /><br />But does anyone know what effect this may have on ballet or gymnastics or other things like that? I just want to be aware in the future for if my kids pick up my wonky feet (too early to tell yet...).]]>
