They should give you a temp card I work at Farmers and you don't have to wait for confirmation of being allowed one. The lady in the shop said to me if you have a CC, go in on thurs, apply for one - you'll get the discount. Just check with your store that they do actually do a temp card.

Last time they had a big cardholders sale on, I went, filled out the form, lady told me to go look around and shop and it would be ready in 1/2 hr - 1 hr, when I got up to the counter the manager told me there is no such thing as a temp card and I had to wait for my one to arrive in the post. Was very annoyed as dragged a grumpy 2 yr old around for 1 hour while waiting. If I apply for a farmers card online now, do thy give u some sort of temposrary card so I can still get the discount on thurs? Or will I get it if I apply instore?
