Drink a cup every hour of this during the day. It needs to be very strong to bring on AF. It is best to use fresh parsley. Don't use dried parsley.<br /><br />The taste maybe a tad awful, but it will work. You may find by using this method, when AF does come, you will be very crampy due to forcing your body to bring on AF. I am a week late (from my longest cycle) putting me on day 38 ...we last BDed on day 18.. and I had two +ve tests last week... they are cheap aussie ones.. <br />since then all negative.. <br /><br />no AF ... week late.. I am shattered tired and have crampy stomach...(but that could be due to having a 9 month old and maybe to AF coming?)<br /><br />any ideas? any ways to bring on AF so I can get back to normal? I begged for bloods yesterday but nurse said no till tomorrow so doing urine and bloods tomorrow at doc.. <br /><br />]]>
