I think I might wait and see what his temp is at 10, if its gone back up then i will set the alarm just in case. Sorry this has probably been asked a million times before but I can't be asked searching through the threads. Spencer had a temp of 39.6, I stripped him off, gave him pamol and phoned healthline. Nurse said I had done the right thing and we were ok to stay at home unless temp went over 40 or other symptoms arise. I checked his temp again an hour after having pamol and it had come down to 38.9 so that's great. She said to give him the pamol every 4-6 hours so I'm gonna go in at 10 and take his temp and give him some (he has happily gone to bed, as he was very very tired, but not lethargic).
