He saw his mates and we went and sat at their table. And sitting at the table was his mate, with whom I had gone to school with and he was an absolute Ahole to me at school. He used to punch me all the time and call me names. This was at intermediate. I was very intimidated by him so never told the teachers. However, I did tell my sister who was 4 years older than me and she came down to pick me up from school one day and told him what for and he didn't hassle me (much) after that.

I never said anything at the work do, but I'm sure he was trying to pick where he knew me from......bear in mind it had been about 19 years!

Then last year this mate came over to our house. It was here that I told him what a jerk he was at school and he couldn't remember. But he did say that a few ppl had said the same thing and he couldn't remember bullying them either! Go figure.
We had a laugh and didn't take it any further from there.....he was a kid after all.
